Persuasively marketing a concept as “distant” as tribal gaming reform demands something special from the creative: turning the premise from “it’s only relevant to them” into, “this is important to all of us.” In Arizona that meant leveraging a key fact about the tribal realities and leveraging that to connect with the heart and soul of every Arizonan who cares about their neighbors.
