Deborah Notestein Loeb, president

Veteran of major traditional and direct response advertising agencies. Starting in the 1980s, pioneered non-traditional creative advertising models. Clients have ranged from American Express to Learning World and Ubisoft Entertainment to PG&E and Tsar Nicoulai Caviar. As president, has responsibility for Brainchild operations including contracting, financial management, systems, and client accountability. Brings a mixture of strategic insights and practical thinking to the mix. Makes killer coq au vin.

Jef Loeb, chief creative officer

Major category experience in health care, technology, travel and leisure, video games, fast food, green marketing, public affairs advocacy, and political advertising. Winner of more than 250 awards, including Cannes Gold, London International Gold, Communication Arts, National Newspaper Publishers Athenas, Gold Pollies, Graphis Gold, as well as National Gold and Silver ADDY awards. Frequent commentator on advertising and marketing issues with think pieces published in Ad Age’s Creativity, Adweek, San Francisco Chronicle, Shots (U.K.), Media & Marketing Europe, and others. Teller of increasingly taller tales, shaker of always fine martinis.
